Conference 2012

The United Black Students at Ryerson Presents their…..

**** 4th Annual Black Students Conference: “Journey’s of Resistance” ****

This conference will take a retrospective look at the forms and motivation for movements of resistance that have taken place within the Black community. But most importantly, it will serve as a catalyst for the REVIVAL of the black movement initiated by our forefathers. With the passing of activists such as Charles Roach, it has become even more pressing that we take up our own cause, continue to work for social justice, and find innovative ways to ban together as a collective to create meaningful change.
